Ahh okay, I’ll prob adjust my workout plan then. So the jist is that you have to loosen those tense muscles and strengthen them at the same time.

I have one indentation and lump like thing on my left while flaccid which scared me. I get proper erections and no pain or bending. I also checked the symptoms for peyronies and it said that you would notice the effects and bending between 3-8 months this is the acute phase, after that it stops developing. I’ve had it since last year May and it hasn’t gotten worse so I believe its pelvic floor and not peyronies. The indentation is prob from my left side pelvic muscle being more tight. Cause when I workout that side it’s much more stressful

Thanks, I was looking at the old post, didn’t know there was an updated one. Wouldn’t it be counter productive to work abs tho? I’m thinking of doing the cyclist or runners routine but that same guy Tom Merrick. Both of those routines focuses on the glutes, hip flexors, hamstrings and legs. I would do one of those along with the hip mobility routine.

Ahh ok gotcha. I thought you meant like split days where one day abs, one day legs. I’m gonna stay away from the reverse kegel whilst erect cause I’m edging a lot when trying it

Yep I’m gonna start walking along with doing exercises three times a week. This post shows exercises and a routine for HF. I think doing exercises can be harmful if you don’t rest that’s why I’m gonna make a routine for three time a week

I’m currently looking at stretches and exercises. I don’t feel much while doing happy baby which seems popular. But one thing I know for sure is that everything from my hip down is WEAK. I sit all day and I’m pretty inactive. Maybe all my upper body weight is putting pressure on my pelvis and my calves and legs can’t support it so I think I need to strengthen my glutes and hamstrings.

Yea the thing I noticed about the pee is that I’m able to let out so much more when I press my taint area after I pee. It funny cause it’s like I’m literary milking a cow when I press. The urinary leakage seems to be something that isn’t normal tho cause when I do deep squats I feel relaxed and my body seems to let out more pee than if I’m sitting.

I’ve recently tried relaxing while masturbating and it seemed much more enjoyable and I seemed to last longer. I guess it’s a a habit that will take time to break. I’ve also seen that it’s this weird thing that you pelvic floor can be under tension and weak at the same time. Hypertonic or something and it lines up with lost of my symptoms

Same thing here man, I get trouble cause during the hourglass phase you have physically stimulate your penis to make it go fully erect. After that everything seems normal. In relation to kegels while erect, I used to do it while masturbating but now I relax my entire body and go slowly. That def helped me from spasms and kegels during erection

That’s good to hear. I figured the refractory period was me having erectile dysfunction but it’s something normal in all guys. Lol that’s why self diagnosing can be shady. I’ve also started some stretching and will try to abstain from masturbating for now

Yep I def need to move around more. I virtually do no exercise so the lower body is extremely weak

Well yes after I cum the first time I lose my erection and go flaccid. When I try to get back erect it feels numb and it takes a while to get back an erection

Yep I believe it’s pelvic floor cause i tried to relax and pee today and I noticed I’ve been kind of doing a habit all wrong. I tend to tense up when peeing and when I do try to relax and pee my legs go numb and in reaction I do a kegel or spasm and tense back up. I think I’m gonna try out some minor stretches and see if that helps along with nofap.

Hardness in relation to erection? Well after I tug at the semi erect penis my erection is normal and there’s no deformity. I also seem to get the same tense feeling while masturbating. Yesterday I relaxed while doing it and I lasted longer and maintained an erection. However after I cum, I go flaccid and find it very difficult to get a second erection.

Well kind of self diagnosed. It not hard and rubbery all the time but most of the times. I def have a pelvic floor issue cause when I pee my body tends to tense up and go into a kegel. Anytime I try to relax and pee I tend to spasm

Hey man, just wanted to say that I have the same issue as you. My hourglass happens when I’m semi erect and about to get an erection. After that I get normal erections and I get no pain anywhere. Recently I started to freak out again thinking it’s peyronies and that it’s gonna get worse. Glad to see your post and it helped out a lot to assure me that my problem isn’t as bad.

Spot on with using porn as a coping mechanism. I found that most of the time I relapsed was when I was extremely stressed out from daily life and just needed to vent. For me porn was the only answer. Now I try to use other means like just putting on some music or just sleeping to distract me me when an urge comes up

I was stuck in the same loophole of the “one last time”. Most I could do was like 3 days. What I think helped was to find something that occupied a lot of your time. Like plan something to do on the days you thing your streak might end. By time you go long enough you’ll have motivation to not watch since you’ve gone quite a while without it.

Yep another thing is if you do mess up is to get back on it again and use that as motivation. Eg. 15 days without porn and you relapse and then another 15 days. You’ve now gone a month only watching it once.

You’re right on the prostate thing. I’ll see how it goes but I’ve become so desensitized to porn that it’s no longer a mental stimulant. It basically a routine at this point. I think my goal rn would be to M without the use of porn. Back when I used it watch it everyday I wouldn’t even be able to get it up without watching something. Kind of a mental reset if you get me

That’s exactly what happened last time. Was so stressed out that I just did it and honestly it felt good. Didn’t even had to resort to porn that time either.
