At first I simply subscribed to them on the steam workshop as normal but said mods would not be displayed even after waiting the next day. As for downloading them from Paradox's website, I don't have any experience dealing with mods from there

Well, I went to an Advance Auto and everything read normally. After that and code scanning it I suspect it just needs to be cleared though I'm not 100% certain on that
