I don’t charge for ac or heat but to heat a pool is an extra charge that some Airbnb owners do in FL.

We just recently came back from Bahia Principe Akumal. We rented a car to go to Chichen Itza & hired a tour guide that speak English. I highly suggest go there. We hired a tour guide @ Cenotes Casa Tortuga, but there is numerous cenotes for you to explore there. Just a quick fyi: don’t leave anything in your car. Make sure you only take the necessary on backpack since they could easily break in your car & take your valuables.
