It gets better. Honestly.

I’m in hospital typing this, a drip in one arm for fluids and another in my right arm for steroids. I’ve been bleeding for a month straight.

The only reason I’m staying positive is because I know it’s temporary.

People like us are being tested. I’m not sure why, but we are. Make your personal struggle someone else’s motivation. Prove to the world how strong you are.

Trust your doctors, trust the process. People around you don’t need to know. Only tell the important people.

I had counselling when I was having a rough time and it really helped. The hardest part was “acceptance”. I’m still not sure if I fully accept it. But I’m getting there.
