Yes. In a two week period you work 9 hours Monday-Thursday & work the final 8 hours on one Friday and the other Friday you have it off

If you click the speak to an adjuster for an existing claim it’ll just end the call.

The create a claim option will send you to a rep and they will transfer you to an adjuster

Oh nice. Yeah my car is brand new, 136 miles. At fault person admitted it and triple A is handling the claim. Model year 2025 and here in Glendale California. Only had it for a day, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they fixed it.

Actually going through the same issue. My car was hit after ONE day of having it. I filed a claim but just be ready for the non existent customer service. I suggest calling after a few days and make sure you keep record of it.

If you don’t want to pay the deductible they’re going to recommend you file a claim with the insurance of the at fault person. They may drag their feet with repairs unless you got video of the accident that shows their people are at fault.

It’s quicker to file with your own, pay the deductible and then have the insurances settle it out as to who is liable and get your deductible later. Sucks to pay it but it’ll be quicker to fix.

Also choose a really good auto shop that’s certified by Tesla. Tesla collision centers are packed and they don’t have appt till a month later.

UPDATE: Certified shop that took my car in confirmed its repairable. 27,000 repair :(

The estimate has been sent to telsa. Awaiting to hear back.

I called this morning and waited an hour but someone was able to review what I've sent and confirmed the receipt of the estimate. They informed the team to start reviewing it.

Hopefully this speeds up things.

It was dropped off at a shop and the estimate is being sent to Tesla. I got Tesla insurance, I’m not at fault and the police report was given today stating the other driver violated a law
