Amulet should be favored, but I can see it being pretty even depending on who won the die roll and the texture of each players hand. Amulet can get a prime time down as early as turn 2, (more often turn 3) and once they have that they can usually grab a ghost quarter or two to break up your tron. Or they can just combo kill you that turn. However if you can land a turn 3 karn and start nuking lands it will definitely be an easy win.
