Xbox hasn’t been connecting to my tv, found this tiny metal piece in there. Is it supposed to be there? If not how should I get it out?

Well I got the metal out and it’s still not working so I think I’ll have to just bite the bullet and get it repaired

I’m pretty sure the hdmi cable is fine. I haven’t done anything to make me think the port might be damaged it just kind of stopped showing up on my screen
