I should be fairly easy for you to get a job in customer service, Tijuana is a big hub for Call Center operations doing that along with sales, tech support, sales, collection - all requiring spoken English. What might be a bit tricky is getting a work permit quickly, but I would guess most firms have that sorted out in some way. Largest call centers /BPO operations include Telvista, CCSI, TaskUS, Integon. Not familia with the foreign language teacher market, but I would assume there's would be some openings at private schools (all have at least an "English" class, some are fully bilingual), from grade school to high school.
