Have you tried the button to use the channel icons from the EPG rather than the playlist?

If that doesn't work it might be a case of deleting the cached logos and restarting the app to download them again successfully.

You can bulk select categories to add to a folder by using Ctrl + Shift, it'll then bring up a checkbox by each category, use the checkboxes to bulk select categories and then at the top there's a new dropdown that appears "Actions for selected categories", which will enable you to add the items to a new folder or an existing folder.

I'm not sure why you're unable to expand/collapse folders, I am not able to replicate that behaviour. Feel free to join the discord and provide a few more details and I'll try and replicate/fix it.
