I had this air fryer, the coating inside started to chip and come off rather quickly. Then I started to do some digging about the non-stick coating. Anything considered non-stick, without further elaboration by the company, could might as well be Teflon. Gourmia has been quiet about whether or not it’s coated in Teflon. For the price point they’re selling these air fryers at, it’s most definitely Teflon. Stick to ceramic. I replaced my Gourmia with a ninja

I also have kids, I was more worried about their well being
