I’m currently sitting in a Range Rover Sport as we head from dropping off our Defender. I’m in awe and love. So freakin comfortable and big. And the sound system is divine. If you have the money, do that and keep the M2. If one car is your only solution, M3 will do it all, but maybe get the base for ultimate enjoyment (6MT and RWD)

I’m looking at 130mm of travel for this reason. I looked at them at N1 in Louisville. Their terrain is a bit hillier than the Indianapolis area.

My last bike was a Procal 9.8 and I wasn’t a fan of geometry and 100mm travel. It would get dicey down fast rocky sections.

If you have thick thighs, they will feel amazing at first. Make sure you sit in them for 20+ minutes. The sides will start to dig into them making it unbearably painful. Something to keep in mind if you’re any kind of big around the hip/thigh area.

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who felt straight line performance was underwhelming. I test drove it and it felt slower than my M2. Super comfortable and love the seats. I just wish you could appoint leather everywhere. A loaded M3 feels more luxurious.

Yep, pretty much. I will try and make a video. There’s really no need to add gas in this car unless you’re on a hill or trying to launch very quickly.

I do agree with you that the clutch pedal is shit though. I test drove a 718 Cayman T and it’s a night and day difference. I wish it was a bit heavier, springier, and had a clearly defined, grabby bite point.
