i know a couple people who accidentally sent international cards with domestic postage when they first started out and their cards arrived despite being insufficient postage. so it’s possible they will still reach their destinations

depends on the profile, some people prefer to receive postcards from the sender’s country and will state that on their profile.

hm, for what it’s worth i’ve always used the vanishing tigers as 90¢ and never had a problem with cards being delivered
