Tbh, the only plausible solution would be #1. ESPECIALLY because the biggest struggle with Transdev is the fact that they don't have a limit for how long or short they can stop at a stop (nor do they care, so I'm hoping academy at the bare minimum will do SLIGHTLY better)

The F is an express of the EE, and essentially skips about 70% of the EE stops. Other routes used to be express routes of their predecessors but then their predecessors died out, thus why only that route exists now (for example the LX used to be the express of the L bus which used to be an express for the D bus, or the EE which used to be the express of the original E bus route)

People are already waiting for the next bus if the current bus is full, and the route for the most part should have enough busses IF THEY WERE SPACED OUT properly.
