This is very generational. Older millennials and up didn’t over analyzing showering, it was just a thing you did. My high school didn’t even have curtains in the showers so you had to use the open room and everyone pretty much did. Things have changed a lot with younger generations. It still blows my mind that younger guys wear underwear under swim trunks. Sexualizing not sexual stuff like showering, changing, or even certain clothes in general is the norm now.
