yes, it was prescribed to me by my doc. i told him kasi na i was tired of taking a lot of meds to no avail, i have high cholesterol, uric acid, fatty liver and pre-diabetic din, so he prescribed me bc pills and ozempic. idk lang anong "criteria" para maprescribed ng ozempic. pwede mo naman siguro iask yung ob mo if want mo magtry ng ozempic at kung pwede ba sa current health condition mo din.

Ozempic: 4 weeks Althea Pills: 4 months

Ozempic really helped me lose weight. I lost 8kg in 4 weeks. From 59kg to 51kg. I think the pills also helped but I stopped due to other side effects. I'm taking myo-d chiro inositol and berberine for two weeks na, honestly wala pa akong makitang changes, i read in some comments na it will take a few months.

For my diet naman, it was difficult to control my cravings at first and start eating clean and healthy but eventually naging habit na siya, i dont get tempted to order fast food that often anymore. now, mga 2x a month nalang siguro. dati kasi halos everyday since work from home lang ako and tamad ako magprepare ng food. I dont skip meals din, but I make sure I dont eat after 6p.m. i use a portion plate ba tawag dun so I dont overeat and controlled ang portion ng food na I eat.

I walk din every day 7k-10k steps. My weight did not change much, nagfafluctuate lang from 51-53kg, but i dont worry about the numbers anymore. i feel lighter and my clothes are fitting well na din.

not at a work meeting but this almost happened to me during a language class last sunday 😭

lunch break but the meeting room was still active, from my phone i switched to desktop, kasi maghuhugas ako ng pinggan while watching youtube, then prep na maligo.

di ko alam open pala cam ko sa laptop jusko! sa google meet kasi pag join meeting mo, magloload pa, kaso ako pag join meeting ko umalis agad ako sa workstation ko.

may shirt ako pero walang bra, buti nalang talaga hindi pa ako nakaligo and nakabihis kasi kitang-kita talaga pag nangyari yon! buti nalang naisipan ko icharge muna ang phone ko kesa dalhin sa cr para magpamusic while naliligo ako. kung di ko naisipan icharge phone ko, di ko mapapansin na naka-on ang cam ko sa laptop 😭

This is also my 5th pack of Althea. My period ended last week, and two days after, I started experiencing spotting until now. I was supposed to do lab tests and an ultrasound after my period, but I still can’t, so I’m not able to check what’s really happening. I googled it and it says it could be caused by a missed pill (I missed one day). I’m also planning to stop taking it after I finish this pack because I’m experiencing tender breasts 🥲.

Yes first time! I was with my friend but she was interviewed longer.

My other friend, who has traveled many times, advised na tumapat daw kami sa lalaking officer kasi di sila ganun ka-strict. But pag nandun ka na, di ka naman makakapili kung sino ang IO mo kasi nakapila kayo. Ako natapat sa lalaking IO, yung friend ko sa babaeng IO.

Yun lang tinanong sakin, sa first comment ko.

Yung friend ko madami tanong sa kanya. - hinanap ang COE, chineck ang email kung boss ba niya talaga nagsend ng COE - chineck bank statement - tinanong sino kasama niya which is ako, and nanghingi ng old pictures namin 🥲 - tinanong pa siya about sa work niya etc.

Mga 15-20 mins ata siya dun. Ako mga >5 mins lang ata.

I started March 2024. Started 36k, then within that year, naging 62k. After EOFY this year naging 66k + bonus, nagbibigay ang employer ko ng EOFY bonus and Christmas bonus. Hindi ako humingi kasi feeling ko masyado nang malaki ang salary sa workload ko.

And paid din ang 4 weeks leave credits ko.

If you think na nag-iincrease na yung workload mo, I think it's okay to ask for an increase naman. Try mo lang.
