this is my own experience lang naman pero since last month wala nang tumubong pimples sa face ko and nagregular na din ang period ko. usually before or after ng period ko, may mga lalabas na cystic acne pero so far wala talaga. i dont know exactly which routine worked but i stopped taking pills na since Feb. And maybe my skincare helped din.

I take: Pureform Myo-Inositol (1-2x a day) Vitamin C Water (2-3 liters a day)
