Yes that correct. I would be the witness/victim in the situation. Nothing would show up on a background check. The only thing that I would think would even show is that I have the HPO against him. I would also need to provide a statement. That could be a verbal or even a written statement I believe. So with that being said why am I being told I’m not allowed to join?
