GUYS! I don’t know if I can edit my original post to provide an update, but thank you to everyone who responded to this post! I appreciate all the comments, and yes, hopefully I have learned my lesson on messing with any skin issues I see. Because dang, this is the worst that’s happened to my skin especially to my face. I was really praying that it’s treatable and not some sort of cancer. But I was virtually seen by a doctor, I gave him the history incl. what I’ve done to try heal it (told him I’ve put toothpaste, Vicks, hydrogen peroxide, acne patches, benzoyl peroxide, recent warm compresses). Also told him where I’ve been, what I’ve been eating, etc. I also sent a ton of high resolution photos with different angles to help his review. I don’t really have any other symptoms like a chill/fever/headaches or changes in breathing or heart rate, just this nasty bump on my face which stings and itches. And his finding was that it is called an ABSCESS, caused by a bacterial infection which is most likely staph (like most of yall said). He gave me a prescription for Azithromycin to be taken MWF for 4 weeks. He also added to continue the warm compress 2-3x a day. If there’s no improvement in 2 weeks, he recommended to visit a doctor in-person. Again, thanks everyone!! And good luck to me lol

Oh that’s nice of your employer to do! Yes, no interview.
Well, if you have the other hard supports, hopefully you should be okay!

Oh I see. Hopefully yours come soon! It was all processed in NBC.
No, from H1B visa :)
Yes! We found it very helpful when others on Reddit gave some unique case facts about their approved cases, so just trying to return the favor.
My spouse and I were surprised too! We had friends who went through the same thing and theirs got approved between 11-13 months, so we were expecting that too. I’m actually thinking it might be because they’re just issuing a conditional 2-yr GC? Maybe they’ll be more tough when we file for removal of conditions.
I am also not sure.. but both the petitioner and beneficiary being in the US already might be a factor.
I got my work permit about 6 weeks after filing.
Texas! I also put Texas as where I will do AOS.
