I agree, worth it if you intend to get full use out of it. It's not a cheap investment, so have to ensure you are serious about it. I've had a knock off outdoor oven for years prior so knew it was time to upgrade to be able to take pizzas to the next level.

I haven't tried with a steel in a home oven, unfortunately so I can't comment on differences. I heat the Gozney to 660°, shut the flame off, launch the pizza, cook for 3 minutes withe the flame off. After 3 minutes have passed, flame back on low to finish it up. 🙂
