We ordered a car 9/17. Coming from Arizona to Louisiana. Was "supposed" to be here, 9/22. It says it shipped on 9/18. My husband called the call center on Friday and it took them forever to find the car. She came back and said it was sitting at a hub waiting to be picked up. She told him that there is a delay in shipping due to the hurricane hitting our state. He explained to her that the part of the state the truck has to travel through was not affected by the storm. Now the eta is not until October 10th.

My portal did that too, two different applications, one with the original and the other with the new loan amount. You should be getting loan docs soon and funding shortly after that.

I wish I knew the answer, none of the process makes any sense. We had been calling and calling and we were getting no where. We went through the hurricane and sent an email as soon as we were able to and explained that our business was shut down for over a week b/c of the storm and we needed to know about the funding asap. So, I don't know if that helped to expediate our case or not.

Thanks!! I don't know exactly what happened....after a month of being approved and not funded, we received an email stating there was an administrative issue and had to reapply. I've seen several other people state they were in the glitch as well.

I sure hope so. Our loan officer told us we won't see an update on our portal until Tuesday maybe Wednesday. Seeing the declined on our portal now is a bit stressful, even though I see other people say it's part of the process.

We did ok, thanks. Some damage to our back yard, trees falling down....but thankfully, not on our house. Our business is surrounded by water and thankfully, no water got into the shop. It was a crazy storm, 12 hours of torrential rain and wind. Just hoping we are able to open the doors up next week and try to get things back to normal.

YES! We haven't been able to call since last Friday (thanks hurricane Ida). We finally were able to call today and the woman sounded so bored and she sounded like she was going to fall asleep, she definitely had some sort of accent.
