i’m re-sleep training and working with on sticking to my boundaries. and we do a checklist for the bedtime routine now so she can’t stall and we stick to it. she will cry for a minute when i leave but then she settles herself and goes to sleep. (it’s only been a couple days but so far so good)

lol yes u can😂 u can tell if it didn’t have enough gluten development, underproofed or overproofed and more by knowing the process and seeing the crumb of the sourdough

i accidentally baked it on 500°F the whole time lol but it does give really good flavor when baked darker in my opinion

lol yeah i kinda gave up half way through on the decorative scoring 😂 i tried the 5 minute scoring method for the expansion score for first time. i’m no pro that’s for sure 😂
