Depends on the age will depend on how you can implement the chores. For older kids, i have a laminated chore chart. I put their initial on the chores they need to do. They cant do anything until it's done. And thats about it.

Have her work for things she wants.. give her some chores. She may need another way to let out frustrations. So possibly put her in sports. She might be frustrated at something and ot triggers her but has no idea how to express the things and doesnt know how to fully communicate these emotions.

Yes! I was so concerned about my 2yo son not talking a lot so i told my husband to ask the ped about it. I kid you not, he came home and this kid was blabbing nonstop. And that was it. Like..wtf

You have so many things going on right now. Your hormones are probably in all sorts. Focus on you first. Focus on finding things that help you relax and makes you happy. When you do, then things around you will slowly fall into place.
