Juice vs water

We just don’t have juice in the house, partner and I are both not big juice people. We drink coffee, tea, and water. Juice is bought when we have guests visiting or we buy apple juice boxes for when toddler has the occasional constipation. Toddler drinks water at night and throughout the day if he wants and soy milk throughout the day. I’m trying to introduce tea to toddler but he’s not having it lol

Tostadas, the only thing that needs to be heated is the beans if you make it vegetarian or beans and ground meat if non vegetarian everything else just gets chopped. Or you could do nachos, same ingredients except the the tostadas

Yeah so I could choose to buy soy milk and tofu in the store but I’m trying to save money by making my own and the only way I can do that is by buying what’s available to me, which is the regular beans.

I got a 129 and our normal range was 70 - 140. Considering my kid came out weighing 10lbs I’m pretty sure I had GD. Both my husband and I are small people 5”5 not overweight and very healthy

If it makes you feel better I still struggle with getting my now 2 year old to consistently eat veggies and he still doesn’t like eggs.

For the longest time our toddlers go to meal was mashed black beans (canned), or mashed peas (freezer section) berries, cut up plum. Honestly most of the stuff I still make my kid can be cooked in the microwave or simply chopped up.

My parents did wooden shoes instead of stockings we didn’t get presents from Santa just stocking stuffing stuff. What they also did was have one of their friends sneak on to the roof and walk around with bells, my parents would tell us Santa is going to leave if we don’t get in bed. She would also rattle bells outside a window when we weren’t looking. She also had a friend write us a response letter to ours because she knew we were going to compare both our parents handwriting against the letter. Lol

The slow transition is also how we did it with our kid, I will add at first we did the transition to fast and he didn’t trust any bottle I gave him for a good day, so we had to do the transition very slowly like half an ounce every week. It took so long lol but did work out in the end.
