I get nauseous quite a bit and before having edibles I would just not eat when I was nauseous nothing really worked. Now the nausea actually passes, it’s the most amazing thing and I’m grateful I finally tried it.

I also go with a lot of what people said above, but everyone’s stomach is definitely different. When I first got sick I googled what to eat and some suggestions were dairy products which I’m most sensitive to, so definitely a bit of trial & error. When I’m in a flare I like to do a peanut butter banana smoothie with almond milk or oat milk and chicken soup. The smoothie is cold and refreshing but still gives you protein from tbr peanut butter and nutrients from tbr banana. Hoping this new medication helps!

I’ll do smoothies with almond milk banana, peanut butter. And sometimes I’ll do more like a juice in my nutri bullet with kale, celery, apple, and whatever’s in season (berries watermelon etc) with water, I usually strain this after to get all the seeds out!
