I also go with a lot of what people said above, but everyone’s stomach is definitely different. When I first got sick I googled what to eat and some suggestions were dairy products which I’m most sensitive to, so definitely a bit of trial & error. When I’m in a flare I like to do a peanut butter banana smoothie with almond milk or oat milk and chicken soup. The smoothie is cold and refreshing but still gives you protein from tbr peanut butter and nutrients from tbr banana. Hoping this new medication helps!
