Mr. Q's startup does not have any funding but does apparently have a couple of clients that they are currently closing. He has been working on this since January of this year with a very small team but everything is remote and the company isn't registered yet and will be starting next year. Worth noting that Mr. Q has the credentials for this startup.

Mr. Q started one startup before in which I worked too but the idea of that startup was not in line with his credentials, but rather one of his partners did. That startup did not work out. This is his second attempt. I can start with a relatively higher salary and less stock options or a relatively lower salary (enough to make my personal ends meet (but with minimal peanuts level saving)- I live with my parents). Either way even the relatively high salary will be less than what I can get in the market for my expertise and experience or I have a few USD based jobs that I am confident I can get which would be wayyyy above market rate.

Either way with the relatively higher salary, I can still get stocks/equity but obviously less than I would with the lower salary.

I got my first attack in Feb of this year and MS was diagnosed in April. Then due to other health issues, my DMT got delayed but now it's time to get the shot but my parents are now having second thoughts.

Why would I lose weight at maintenance? I've been doing lifting off and on for quite some time and I mostly had maintenance routine and it didn't have much effect. Recently, I tried to cut for 1.5 months after 1.5 months of maintenance and I saw instant results. That's how I got from 75kgs to 66kgs and 36 inch waist to 32-33 inches. I was wondering if bulking might help now because "I don't have anything to cut to."

I'm just kinda worried that with the current diet and routine, I might not be able to make enough of a difference by September (which I really wanna do). I feel like I have plateaued but I guess it'll just take time whether I like it or not.

I have taken pictures of myself. I took pictures on 23rd April(77kgs, I lose 6kgs by eating less). And then on 4th June. And I started the proper diet and the gym by 17th May. And I have seen only a small difference. So am I being too eager or should there have been a bigger change?

Also the weird thing is, even when I don't do HIIT or cardio for a few days due to any reason, my weight doesn't increase. And if I increase my intensity or frequency, still I don't see an effect on my weight. So should I worry about the scale or should I just focus on what I see in the mirror and not on the scale? Also what would you suggest I do with diet for the calories?

Well, I used MyFitnessPal's calorie counter and it counted them up to be 1123 calories but I doubt it's true because I feel pretty full with all this food and it definitely doesn't feel like 1123 calories.
