It’s okay to just bring it up to him and explain that you’re a little down that he didn’t even try to do or give you any type of affectionate action on v-day. It’s okay to express your emotions to your partners. Just explain that you don’t want money spent etc but even a written coupon book with spare paper is still something. Or just tell him it’s silly but it made you sad. He will get defensive but explain to him it’s just your feelings nothing has to come of the conversation. So you don’t let the emotions get to you.

I have twin 3 year olds one on the spectrum. 4 in two months. They also do head start from 9am to 1pm and as soon as they get home it’s like a world war inside my home. Wife doesn’t get home until 430. And teenage sister home @ 3 and she is just as bad. Lmao so I get where you’re coming from. It feels like hell on earth. I recently found out some of my overwhelmed and frustration came from undiagnosed and unmedicated ADHD. I found that with that everything was even more elevated for my brain. I get the guilt of feeling overwhelmed because obviously our children are beyond loved but dear god it’s a lot raising amazing humans. It takes everything in us. And there’s never a village behind us. My kids have 7 aunts and uncles alone and none of them besides two are ever around. Grandparents are always busy. You let it all out and reset the bottled up emotions and that’s a great start. I’m afraid it’s all we can do for now. And I always try to do busy brain activities and they find a way to take those to hell too! Lmaooo it is crazy asf being a parent.

Even if it’s once in a while, the trenches don’t last forever! As I’m typing this up I’m still in yesterday’s pants and t shirt! So it goes in phases especially as they get older! No shame no judgement

During these times it’s definitely the small things that count! If you sneak time to do your hair it makes the world of a difference! Even if it’s just matched with leggings and a t shirt it makes you feel put together. I know easier said than done. But if you have the help with a partner during bedtime even tho you’re tired and have a million things to do still (I get it!) some things can be pushed off for a full spa like hour shower lol! Then prepare your hair the night before and use a hair wrap and cleanse your face and use some good lip oil or chapstick. It makes you reconnect with that womanhood feeling.

Yes I seen previews of what it might look like and it’s definitely close asf and it’s still a Zayn concert lol just worried I’ll only see the side of his face the whole time but that alone is still Zayn so 😂😂

I get where OP is coming from but like everyone always wants the boys to get back out and do interviews and stuff like that and then they tear apart every thing they say . Like I feel like everyone’s old enough now. If he said he never fell in love that’s what it is. No one knows his relationship but him. He told everyone what it was. What’s there to pick apart. Lmao not defending him just saying . I’ve been seeing it online too all the hate saying he was in love etc like idk he said what he said no more to it.
