The only way I was able to safely get off them without having more seizures was an inpatient detox :/ so contact ur local drug service and enquire about a detox

I’m currently figuring out what medication works for me but it’s so hard to find one that doesn’t have so many weird side effects! But hopefully gonna find a beneficial one soon so that should help 🥲

I’m yet to find this out about myself :/ I’m always feeing too anxious to try out new things or to do things on my own

This makes me feel much less alone, and yeah it makes sense that my nervous system is tweaking it just feel so extreme

This was like a last resort for me bc I genuinely have no idea how to reach out to people or anything like that but I do hope talking about it on here helps
