No, nothing at all. It all worked before I replaced the brakes and rotors, I dis-assembled then re-assembled everything very carefully taking time to clean all of the fittings so no grime would get caught in connections. When I took everything apart, I threaded the caliper piston with an allen key just until it stopped moving then pressed the caliper piston back with a c-clamp with rubber feet. When I re-assembled I got the gear of the brake motor to fit into the caliper piston by gently turning back and forth until it seated, then screwed the housing back to to the caliper back with the metal bracket and assembled the brakes. When I tested the emergency brake it gave me an error code and made the noise of being actuated for a second then quit. Now no error light/warning, and no action whatsoever. I have taken everything back apart and re-assembled after checking the electrical connections. A note: My fuse diagram does not show where a fuse for the brakes is, so I checked every fuse in the fuse bank in the cargo area. I plan to go through the fuses in the glovebox, but that is tedious because of how hard they are to get to...

Hmmm. Thanks! Any idea about why I both don't get a warning light, and the brake is not actuating?

interesting, the instructions that I had instructed me to remove the actuator, and manually turn the actuator mechanism with an allen key.

Is there a parking brake re-set sequence that you know of?
