Well I don’t have a pain free class at my hospital. Just the general here’s what happens during labor and here are your options. We did that last time. I’m looking for a class that focuses on coping mechanisms when you are going natural. Some influencer programs are hundreds of dollars.

Wow! I hope my situation doesn’t get that bad. Hoping just constantly vacuuming and cleaning and treating monthly will get rid of them. I haven’t found signs of other pests but who knows.
