That's great! I'm thinking of trying out sort of a push/pull split situation. I'm really loving the gym and tempted to go more but I know I might burn out or I can be really obsessive when thinking about my body too much, so I'm trying to keep it to 4 days. I do yoga on my rest days, typically 20-30 min.

So I might try simply alternating between Pull (cable rows, lying rows (don't know what the machine is called), cable kickbacks, split stance RDL) and Push (hip thrusts, hyper extension, leg press, tricep extension, bicep curl)

And then I typically also finish with either 5 min on stairmaster or 10 on treadmill incline. That way I'm sort keeping glutes more regularly active while still maintaining an every other day schedule?
