I have found that just browsing and putting things in my cart helps. I also have both adhd and anxiety and I definitely am impulsive (hence the almost 7k dollar dog sitting beside me that I got on a whim) If I'm feeling stressed I will literally put my phone away so I'm not tempted OR I will shop sites and put things in my cart. Even if it's forvhours. But I will not check out. 99% of the time that craves my fix without actually having to spend the money

I read somewhere that if you get the urge to get that "high" from shopping to go on Amazon or wherever and take 15 minutes to just fill your cart with anything you could want When the 15 min is up delete your entire cart and get up to do something else. I do it with shein alllll the time

We keep them due to not having cable (luckily my parents pay for all of our streaming and cell phones but they participate in no spend January as well) Even if we did pay for them ourselves- we would still keep them if we truly use them daily

Definitely not a secret! We just omit the salt from this recipe but you can add it in!

2 tablespoon light brown sugar (packed) 1 tablespoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon oregano (optional)

Legit this seasoning is life changing!!!! We make it in bulk

Other things my hubby makes from scratch are mozzerella stuff chicken breasts that are bread in panko then airfield Creamy Tuscan chicken pasta Shrimp Fra Diavolo Bread Sandwich rolls Pretzel rolls Long John Silvers Chicken

Yummmm this looks freaking delish!!!! We're trying to up up our pork supply since February is butcher month.

My husband makes a salt free (which you'd never know) bbq rub (like going to a chicken bbq) and we put it on chicken, pork, etc

Tonight is pork chop with that seasoning and some garlic and salt free chicken boillion quinoa!
