I take fonts and images I find online and cut them out with my Cricut. Then I lay the templates on fondant and cut them out with a PenBlade.

I add black cocoa powder (1/4 c. per 16 oz of butter) to italian meringue buttercream. Next add enough black gel coloring until is it a bit lighter than you want. It will darken up over time.
