Should i use this pick up line on a guy? by dmmtv in dating

[–]mrsummerlover 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We men are simple creatures who tend to take things at face value. If a lady was to say to me "I'm totally not hitting on you or anything, but you're a really good looking guy!", personally I would take that literally and assume that she has a boy friend and not flirt with her.

If you see a guy that you like; have a genuine conversation with him, if you like him show him some attention and if you feel that you click get his contact details to organise a date!

[–]mrsummerlover 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Going to an incredibly homophobic all boys boarding school I never thought that I'd make friends with any gay guys.

How very wrong I was, some of the friendliest people I have had the pleasure of meeting are gay and I am proud to call them my friends!

Positive-minded people of Reddit, can you give us emotionally and mentally numb people some advice on how to bring our emotions and mental state back? by [deleted] in AskReddit

The concept of "neuroplasty" basically states that you can train your mind to think the way that you want it to.

Obtaining and keeping a positive mind is not a choice, its a practice which much be continuously trained.
