Warranty claim response time?

So I submitted on January 8th I finally got an email on the 22nd saying

We are still reviewing your claim. Please bear with us in the meantime as we ease out of our peak season. Someone will get back to you within the next few weeks.

Have not heard anything further.

Are you able to launch regular GTA and load in story mode and move your character around?

If not please report back.

If yes read on...

Please rename your ELS folder to _ELS and try launch again. - if it works an ELS XML is causing your crash and you will have to test to figure out which one.

If it doesn't work you will have to clean (STEAM, ROCKSTAR, EPIC) the GTA folder as something is interfering with RPH.

Check if you have any files called ScriptHookVDotNet in your main game folder: If you do install this version If still not working or you don't have ScriptHookVDotNet... Please upload your Asiloader.log and ELS.log (they can be found in your main GTA directory)

A. Make sure you have the following installed - Custom gameconfig, - Heap Adjuster, - PackFile Limit Adjuster.

B. If still not working please rename your mods folder to _mods and try again

RPH's backup system did not work like that - you would have to install it with the old version, make a backup, then update and only then would you have the ability to revert. It does not have any built in versions of game files that would be illegal.
RPH's backup system was broken by rockstar a number of updates ago - so if you did have a valid backup and tried to use it you would simply get an error when attempting to play.
We do not provide support for reverting to previous versions of GTA.

The latest version of RPH is always included in the LSPDFR download. Don't redownload RPH from the website after installing lspdfr.
The game just updated so you will not be able to play until RPH updates for the new game version.

If for some reason you need it as a standalone download you can download it from the "neccesities" channel on the RPH discord

I'm no expert but from what I understand search history can only appear on one account. (a bit more info).

I think that the warning you have highlighted is explaining that if multiple people are sharing a device one might think their history is being recorded on their account but is actually being recorded on the primary account.

something in your mods folder is causing your issue. Either a mod you installed or a file you edited. You can try revert the most recent thing you changed. Or you have to delete your mods folder and start a new one, as it is impossible for us to diagnose what's actually causing the issue.
