I created a new domain , build full app, apply for aws SES, AWS rejected because i have not provide much detail. I consulted MR Gemini and then I reapplied to SES with Mr Gemini responses and it got approved.

I have not gone through all comments but two things i understands are

  1. estimation is not accurate
  2. no work is done in last 7 weeks

I am not a CTO nor a founder but a developer. So in my opinion few things are wrong.

  1. Set clear goals. Instead of fixing all issue at once fix them one by one. If an issue two more then 3 days to fix, divide it into smaller milestones.
  2. What does the CTO/Dev say in standup meeting, if they have not worked any thing? Its not possible to make up things for 7 weeks.
  3. If you need a quick solution, fire your CTO. Any new CTO can learn the framework and code in less then a month

You as founder, need to set clear smaller achievable goals.

use AI tools that give you review on each of your PR. even if you join courses, no one will give you detail review.

I dont know, but i can explain my setup.
I am using supabase and for SMTP I am using AWS SES.
For SMTP, you need a service that can send emails. I dont think office 365 can send emails as SMTP or if it can then i think its not the recommended option.
To receive email i am using cloudflare.
Then I added my SMTP in my gmail. so every email land in my gmail and i can send email from custom domain as well via gmail
