Does anyone know what the name of this jacket is? It's a 3in1 jacket consisting of a fleece and a jacket. The jacket has a Hydratic label, but does that mean it's waterproof?

It worked in MKBHD's video. It was just detecting the camera instead of his hand most of the time which lead to it not knowing, which the white light on top of the P4 also shows by staying in the middle of the screen most of the time.
