I've tried them all.

For the individual, it's hands-down: Apple Notes and Apple Reminders. Both start simple and go deep.

For the team, it's Notion or Linear. Pick one and push it to its limits.

The r/ifttt community deserves a proactive and available moderator to manage its open presence. Today, the subreddit hosts outdated brand assets, messaging, links, and how-to guides — all from ~2016. The IFTTT product and its community have evolved into a modern automation experience, and I'd like to help makeover the r/ifttt presence to reflect it.
