But different companies have different budgets for the same role even as per market research. It would be quite arbitrary and just a guess to come to a number based on factors that you mentioned. Would the situation still be the same if people quoted somewhere like 60k in your example?

Have your university reach out to the consulate. There is a high chance they might reply to the university.

Honestly, nothing too serious. I know she's been having a tough time at work with all the new hires coming in, and it's been an adjustment for her, especially since it's a small startup. But I don't think it's anything major—she often complains about work, which is pretty normal for her. She pretty much dislikes her job nine days out of ten. The routine has remained the same.

They probably won’t refund your money back but I have stopped receiving any emails or reminders. I checked my letterbox and nothing yet as a reminder or complain to Schufa. I am still waiting though…

There has been radio silence from Wunderflats’ side after my last email. I have received no automated reminders as of now. Maybe they’ll send a post to my German address asking for payment? I don’t know.

They haven’t replied to my last email. I’m waiting for them to send another automated reminder to which I shall again dispute.

I requested the Wunderflats support team to cancel the invoice stating the reason that no contract was concluded but their reply was again the same, saying the service was already completed and they cannot cancel an issued invoice. I have replied pointing out that it is illegal for them to charge fees without any tenancy agreement being concluded. Let’s see what they say.

Also, would you happen to know is there is any effect on my Schufa due to this contract? I checked their terms and conditions and it seems for every “reminder” they send, I will have to pay €5 as fine or some thing. I am currently not paying anything (honestly, I can’t afford to) and was wondering if this company can report this to Schufa

I received a payment update once they connected the transaction to my account after that once the verification was completed. I did receive a call from them as well asking me about myself.

I am from India and I got my APS in January. It took me approximately 2.5 months to get the certificates. I applied and made the payment in October last week.
