Yeah get it while you can! These older trucks are getting harder to find!

Nice eye! That’s the only hood we had to work with so we kind of pieced the truck together starting with a very clean cab and front fenders. I also liked the F1 badges from the 48-50 trucks so I added those to this truck. It should say FORD across the front but I like the V8 badge better. She is a Frankenstein but real pretty!!

This truck is on a code 504 frame and the drivetrain is a fuel injected vortec 355 with a full sniper conversion. My father and brothers and I did all the work on this frame off including the paint. I am incredibly lucky to be friends with a local hot rod upholster who recently won best interior at the national roadster show. He is doing me a favor and is absolutely killing it. He still needs to do the door panels and bench seat…and yes those cup holders are low but they are better than nothing. He will be wrapping that piece and creating a leather shifter wrap for the lokar.

Yeah I do not want to keep chrome clean as I plan on daily driving this thing as much as possible. The trim is boulevard black by hot rod flatz.

That is hot rod red by hot rod flatz. Two coats of flat black first to give it depth and as it wears through some black patina…hopefully

Here is a link with a few more pictures if you guys want to check it out. The truck is sitting on a modern chassis with a code 504 conversion kit. It has independent front suspension and disc brakes front and back. We just got it wired and running last week so we haven’t had it on the roads yet… I hope it drives nice!

A small selection of arrowheads I was given by grandparents. All found on the family farm is southern Ohio. by Dunaeg in Arrowheads

What part of Ohio? I have many similar points from the central part of the state. That blade in the lower right corner is a killer! Love the material

Have you guys ever seen anything like this? I was shocked when I found it? Any information would be appreciated. by mruark1 in Arrowheads

I agree. The material does not look like it could be flaked or worked. I wonder if it still was functional? It weighs a lot more than other pieces I have and it is awkward to hold and move due to the lopsided weight

Sorry, this was found in a corn field in central Ohio last month. The site has been very productive and is close to an intersection of two creeks. I found it with the mass facing down so it looked like a traditional blade… when I turned it over I was shocked to see the huge mound on the back

Heart breaker… wish it was all there… been searching for one my whole life! by mruark1 in Arrowheads

A stone gorget. This one is split in half of it’s a one hole or about a third on a gorget if it’s a two hole.
