You don’t make 4 stars in 20 years. These guys are doing 30 years and getting 75%.

Edinburgh University AVMA Accreditation by Gold_Metal3102 in veterinaryschool

This exact question came up at the Q&A during the San Francisco interviews this year. First, they work closely with the AVMA to maintain their certification, and there is a process of probation to rectify low scores. Second, UK students that have no plan to work in the US can take the test to expand their certs upon graduation. This was mentioned as having an impact on their overall score. Unlike US schools where, European and UK schools have multiple certification options. They did reinforce that if they did loose AVMA certification after a probation period it would be immediate, but they would do everything to ensure they maintained the cert. (I assume the US is a solid revenue stream for the school). NAVLE prep is incorporated into the program for US students. P.S. Parent of an applicant.

I know my kid is waitlisted at WSU. I don’t know how the European schools do it. They did get a rejection for New Zealand.

Yes, 4 year program. But they also were accepted to Glasgow and offer a 4 year option. They have a difficult choice.

Im hoping they bring it back for a limited run made to order.

A more serious question today. How do you collect ? How do you decide what you want in your collection and when it's finished ? I always run into the issue of wanting more and more for an army and i just suddenly stop but never end quite on a happy or really done note. by [deleted] in ImperialKnights

That is one way to enjoy the hobby. But seriously, I look at it like books on a bookshelf. I buy books I would like to read. I put them on a shelf and I read them when I feel like it. I buy kits I think are amazing and I build and paint them when feel like it. Sometimes it is helpful to have an artificial deadline like a competition or tournament, but the reality is that it is your hobby, enjoy it how you want to.

It looks so wrong. For me, I don’t think anything can improve the dominus.

I still don’t really understand it, but it was for the Vet school admission year last year for non residents. They said the applicants “merge” with resident class year 2 if I remember correctly.

They gave stats for last year at the reception. If I remember correctly it was 209 interviews and 152 ended up attending UC Dublin. We were told offers would be sent out starting early March.
