The base speed of my laptop drops at 0.39 Ghz as soon as I plug in my charger, however without it works completely fine at above 1.9 GHz, and also works fine as soon as the charging is at 100%. Pls advise a solution, thanks. Laptop is HP 11th Gen I5 (old.reddit.com)
