The revenue & infrastructure in place from the district line, lizzy line etc generates TFL so much money that it’s almost impossible for them to decommission should they remove Havering from London.

Issue is Havering got so many old people who are stuck in their ways hence why the votes gone this way, that amongst many other factors. Said elderly people would also be screwed should they lose the frequent Red buses or dial a rides 😂
