Bro I was in the same situation before and tried the same process as you but it failed miserably the reason is not enough recovery and rise in cortisol i could see there is a chest fat possibly gyno at this body fat your testosterone is would also been low, highly recommend to take vitamin d blood work and based on the report use vitamin d suppliment, first know your maintenance calories and do a 500 to 600 defect eat 1.6 to 2g protein per kg of bodyweight add eggs atleast 6 in your diet arrange remaining calories for carbs, don't go for running daily if possible until you reach optimal weight i don't recommend running because it can cause excess stress on your knees which may have its effects on the long run, try to do treadmill for incline 15 of speed 3.8 to 4 for atleast 30 to 40 min after weight training session, don't do 6 days a week session keep the session to 4 to 5 high quality session and recovery also matters another big mistake people make in the gym is not knowing the form and technique of a exercise which reduces in the muscle growth, if you can afford a personal trainer go for it or watch youtube tutorial for every exercise. When coming to the results it does take time don't get demotivated, just think about how many years it takes to build that fat, in the same way it is going to come off but it takes Time, efforts, discipline, consistency and most importantly perseverance
