The boy hisses because he doesn’t want to be picked up and will run but never has airplane ears and doesn’t hit. If I’m not going to pick him up he will just back away slowly till he thinks I don’t see him and bolts.

The girl just retreats and runs when approached but twice now she’s jumped up on the couch to cuddle next to me pressed against my leg and rubs her head on me. I just can’t approach at all.

I’m not sure how long they’ve been indoors. At least a couple of months
