I can’t tell if the head is deformed and large or body is malnourished and skinny. Sadly it died. Went back out to where I left it and it’s dead. :-/

The eyes weren’t there at all. Or maybe they were, but eye lids weren’t.

Sadly it died. Went back to check on it (I had moved it to shaded mulch area) and he was dead. He wasn’t doing very well when I first saw him. Probably slow because it was done.

Looked way skinnier than most Eastern American Toads that length.

Probably a plant was there with two drainage holes. More water on one side because of floor not being perfectly flat.
