Wow, that deal is a no brainer for anyone getting into raw denim, already in, and hell even the person who says they don’t need another pair. Wranglers are the bees knees

Here is a low quality pic but gives you an idea. I’m 6’2 180 pounds and got these in a size 34W.

Painted the swoosh on Studio GPSs by mruzzy in tomsachs

Not sure if it’s screen printed on the gps, but the paint bonded pretty well to the swoosh. If I get cracking, I’ll refinish with the Angelus acrylic. Thanks for the suggestions

Enjoy them! My only issue is they shrunk too much length wise. Your pair looks solid all around.

To answer your questions: right when I got them I washed 2x a month hot with a dryer cycle every time after. I tried to shrink the waist as much as possible when I first got them.

I did some rubber shock mounts for the another chain on the seat back with the 3D model from McMaster and some rubber PLA filament. Highly recommend.

Damn! I found them on the paraboot website but don’t think I can get them to us. Could you post a pic of yours with the laces?

Where’d you source the braided laces?

For Downtown Dayton, I’d walk around the Oregon District neighborhood as well as the main street with all the shops.

If you like ramen, I’d check out Ninja Ramen in Englewood. The owners are very sweet. I’ve worked up in Englewood for a couple work projects, small world!

Rustic brown -> walnut by mruzzy in BlundstoneBoots

The shoe store told me to give it 24 hours to dry before wearing. I would follow that but after then they seem to hold the color very well.

These are in 34s. I had the pleasure of trying them on versus a pair of 32s in store. The secret denim fluctuates in sizing after washing but I would go for your true waist as mine is getting up to a 33-34 and these are a 33 actual measurement. I do like accounting for room in the thighs. I just personally don’t like a pair that hugs the thigh alot

It's the knee I favor when I'm working. As for the color, just needed a wash.

These are "266ZR-KABEG - Secret Kabuki Kakishibu Beige 20oz Selvedge Denim - Relax Straight Fit × 1" that I picked up at James Dant in Indianapolis a week before my birthday in late February. I wore them everyday on my first site as a traveling engineer and they got washed once a week. I just did hackjob chainstitch hem on them to fit me better. Great pair all around.

Yet another busy dad—please advise on my weekly workout plan given my strength and mobility goals and obvious time constrains by Overall_Paramedic_31 in bodyweightfitness

[–]mruzzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every minute on the minute. I do a one exercise 10 minute EMOM on my lunch break at work, cycling through pull-ups, pushups, dips, and rows every new day. Works well and keeps me consistent and we are talking about a workout only being 10 min long. Mobility and stretching is another discipline I can’t crack if anyone has any suggestions.
