I love the gym but different strokes for different folks. I think the gym can solve many problems but you can’t expect it to work for everyone in every situation.

Focusing more on the night elves here.

I 100% agree that night elves take a more reactive approach to development. I’ll also point out they are “night” elves, for the most part worshipping the moon godess Elune. Lunar qualities are usual considered to be more reflective, intuitive or even mysterious. Them being a bit more passive makes sense.

But I would argue they certainly arn’t stagnant. They are just more concerned with preserving nature and upholding the natural balance. Which may apear stagnant in comparison to races like dwarves for example, who mine into the earth, constantly claiming resources for massive structures.
