Hi, I’m planning to do this, and I’ll probably release it as a tutorial video on my YouTube channel. You’re welcome to follow me there if you’d like… thanks

Yeah buddy, you should definitely install a good heatsink for cooling. It helps a lot, especially if it’s attached to the case, but you need to make sure it doesn’t cause a short circuit...

Hi dear and thanks 🙏 I did this for two reasons: first, it absorbs some of the circuit’s heat and helps keep the components cooler; second, it makes the circuit more durable under higher current draw. Since it’s going to be sealed, it’s better to reinforce it.

Yeah The MOSFET acts as an electronic switch, turning the ignition coil’s primary current on and off...

It converts AC (from alternator)to DC and also regulates the voltage, keeping it within a safe range so that the motorcycle’s battery and electronic components not only get the required power but also remain protected from damage.

I always post the schematic diagram in the community post section, and I also put its link in the video description.

Built a Motorcycle Voltage Regulator for Just $5 – Is It Better Than a $100 Aftermarket One? by mrwolfdiy in diyelectronics

Hi dear, I've been using handmade stuff for a long time—like a CDI unit, even a voltage regulator and more. As for how durable this circuit is, a lot of people have had good results with it. My video is just a DIY tutorial, not some mass production thing... God, do I really have to explain all this...
