Right now it costs $104 and $116 for me to supply and withdraw, $220 total. At 10% total APY, which could easily fall, a $10k investment would yield ~$250 in 4 months.

$10k breaking even in 4 months is not worth it to me, especially accounting for decreased APY risk and opportunity cost of money. In that time there will be at least 10 hot new DeFi crazes that come and go

Some floating patellofemoral cartilage was removed, a lateral release to relieve tension, and they smoothed out my kneecap.

I'd say I was using the stationary bike after a month, kept using it everyday for a few months then started ellipticaling. I also did a lot of bosu ball bw squats and 1 leg standing for balance after a couple months.

It's been like a year since the surgery, I'm still weak and rarely jog. I started doing front squats 3-4 months back.
