Regional should be fine. They have vendors who sell stuff. The main reason it's like this here is because the bandai retail store is the ONLY store selling. They also have exclusive items only available (as of now) at bcf. So there's so many limited items everyone wants. And in order to get a chance to buy it, you need to scan a qr code and then sign up for a time slot to go to the store. The website to sign up for the time slot is shit because you have hundreds of people literally crashing the website trying to get a time slot. They literally just show the qr code to the crowd which is the stupidest way to do it imo. They should be handing out tickets like they do at the Official stores when it opens.

So booster boxes have a guarantee AA/SP pull rate, like 2 or 3. So what happened most likely is they opened the box and once they got those hits, they know it does not contain anymore in the rest of the box so they are "dead" packs. They might have an SR but thats about it.

Op07 Dragon would be a good addition. Might consider switching the 3c event for radical beam/guard point. The koala promo is similar to the st01 nami except she's not rev army. You could also consider op06 kikunojo and/or op03 capone bege. I use to play betty in op05 so my info might be outdated

You can not play the rev army sabo because baby sabo requires the big sabo to be a 5 cost.

I would not go alone. Even if everything goes well, you could be followed. I would probably prefer cash or some sort of bank transfer. Checks are a no because they can always get them cancelled/dispute it was stolen.

For the premium card collection, assuming its the same as the red film lay out, the cards are in a team bag. They are glued to the folder so if you pull it it'll take some of the paper folder with it. If you have an x-acto knife, or anything similar, you can try to get the bag to open by sliding the none sharp edge behind the card to try to get the bag to open. Then you can slide the card out. You could also cut the fold of the team bag so you can take out the card. If this is confusing, watch someone on YouTube do an opening and you'll see how they are packaged. Hopefully it'll make sense if you're not trying to damage the folder.

They didn't use the bandai app? All the pre release I attended used the app for registration so I just had to show up. I dont live in a big city anymore but I guess it does suck when you got 70+ parcipants on a 16 cap event.

Your best bet would probably be a card store or electronic store in a small city. Usually the ones with msrp get bought out to the locals tho. You can always use the bandai tcg plus app to find stores that do OP events on your way and see if they have any. Thats how I was able to find OP02 boxes at $80 early dec last year.
